          Yes, I will visit the store tomorrow and talk to them. 5% refund would be ideal.i used gift card to pay anyway. Otherwise, I don't see they will stop me cancel and reorder straightaway.

          It depends with the salesman, if you ask nicely sometimes they'll give you extra discount before you use the 5% voucher. Nothing to lose anyway if you ask for extra discount.

    How on earth do I buy extended warranty with a product? Adding the Samsung AU8000 to my cart and trying check-out but can't see any option for adding their extended care.. Great deal though, stacking 5% and gift card.

      Once you pick it up you can ask for the extended warranty. I think you have 14 days to add the extended warranty for your product purchased.

      Normally yes, cards issued by JB itself can be used online and in-store. Other third party cards are depend on the condition. Since you want to use instore, should be fine. Normally they only limit online usage, never heard of blocking instore
