Navigate to the website, find the event and enter WANDERKID21 in the password field (it says "If you have a password, enter it here"). Should work from there
how do you know it's adults and kids….? given the ticket prior to check out says "wanderkid" on it and when they've run this promo it was 1 free kid with each paying adult: https://www.wanderland.com.au/membership/wanderkid/
I don't want to get to the gate and be turned away because the promo wasn't for adults.
Will try and post the image of the email that I received that states it is a family pass of 2A + 2C
so if we are 2A and 1C we just select quantity 3 and should be ok ?
@[Deactivated]: I don't think they will check too closely at the gate to be honest, most of the time you just scan and walk in. As long as the barcode is valid I don't think they will check if you are alone as an adult or with kids. But you never know, stranger things have happened! Worst case, buy a ticket at the gate, they aren't that expensive, and the games never really sell out completely.
@ozssc: hmm looking at your image link, looks like 1 ticket is valid for 4 (2a 2c)
so if i am 2 adult and 1 kids i still only need 1 ticket
may need to put this up there so people dont wasting and ordering 3 or 4 thinking 1 ticket is for 1 person/kid

good pickup ticket says "kid" probably for kids only but how come kids can go alone

no…we are 2a 1c, I am confusing about the ticket's condition…maybe I will invite my friends…they got 2A 1C…wish someone can contact them to confirm for us. otherwise, there will lots of wasting

Got 2. So confused like all if it will admit 1 only or whole family.
The tickets I got (I ordered 2) gave me 4 tickets in total… I got 4 individual seat numbers.

I did the "print at home" door D row GA seat 13xx and 13xx aisle 222 & 226
try the print at home PDF option, see what it says, mine are also blank on the SMS but I got 4 separate SMS messages
It's not allocated seating, it's find a spot in that area.

Hi everyone, I got reply by Ticketek Australia and they said " tickets are 1 admit not a family pass"
in addition, they confirm the 1 admit mean 1 person only. Not 1A1C

the agent said "you have 2x junior tickets only"
now asking confirmation if that means 2x children or 2x adults
