    What is the deal with lasagna sheets (other than gluten free) being unavailable for month now. Barilla but many other brands as well? Or do I just have the worlds worst timing when it comes to shopping.

    if you haven't tried pasta made in italy (compared to pasta made in australia), give it a go.
    a handful of salt before the water starts to boil and stick to the time on the box.
    you won't be able to go back after that.

    Barilla is pretty average. La Molisana, Rummo or Garifalo are a fair bit better, imo
