Wife's Birthday …should I go GPS + Cellular? Never had an Apple Watch before. Any advice appreciated.
I went gps. The chances of me being out and about without my phone is pretty slim. Plus to take advantage of the cellular you have to go with one of the big 3 (Telstra/Optus/voda) so you can’t take advantage of cheaper sims like aldi/amaysim etc. Plus you have to pay $5-10 a month on top of that. So it all adds up to $200-400 over the course of two years which is why I went gps
Wouldnt recommend getting Cellular (I bought the cellular as a gift and rarely use that function), unless you want to pay the extra $5 per month to use your watch away from your phone. Majority of the time - you would have your phone on you or near you regardless of where you go.
