Got Prime Trial for a 12 months+ inactive account 2 days ago and just realised that got $15 off in the account

Promotion terms
These terms and conditions apply to Australian Prime members (free trial memberships only – excludes Prime members on paid) who have not previously made a shopping purchase on amazon.com.au or the amazon app in previous 12 months ("Eligible Prime Members"). These Eligible Prime Members can receive $15 off their purchase of $39 or more of eligible item(s) when they redeem the promotional code 'WELCOME15' at checkout via the Amazon app or amazon.com.au ("offer").

Once Eligible Prime Members become eligible for the offer (for e.g. a new free trial Prime member), it may take up to 48 hours for the promotional code to be successfully applied at checkout. For the purpose of these terms and conditions "eligible items" refers to any product shipped and sold by Amazon AU, Amazon US or Amazon UK on amazon.com.au or Amazon app and otherwise excludes products sold by third party sellers (even if fulfilled by Amazon AU), digital purchases such as e-books, subscriptions such as Audible, gift cards and postage or delivery rates. Amazon's standard delivery rates and policies apply to any purchase made pursuant to the offer. The promotional code can only be redeemed once by Eligible Prime Members.
To redeem the offer, once an Eligible Prime Member has added at least $39 of eligible items to their cart, enter the promotional code 'WELCOME15' during the checkout process and the $15 discount will be automatically applied to the eligible items. If you do not add at least $39 of eligible items to your cart and proceed to checkout in a single transaction, the promotional code will not apply. If you return any item purchased using the promotional code, Amazon AU will only refund the price actually paid for the item (that is, less the value of the promotional code) and the promotional code will be invalidated. The promotional code is not transferable and may not be resold. This offer cannot be used on pre-existing orders. The promotional code will not apply to orders placed with 1-Click. If you violate any terms and conditions of the offer, your use of the promotional code will be invalid, and the discount will not apply. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.       I got an account that the last order was in 2019, activate the Prime trail just now and applied the code, it said the code cannot be used. :(
