The Xiaomi one which is highly rated and better specc’d was only ~$419 yesterday

Yeah but that deal is no longer available, I tried to get it myself but was too late :(

      • :(

I wonder how this compares to the Xiaomi in terms of real world usage

    • Really? $419? Great deal. Paid $499. Worth it though.

    • was that deal with this same supplier or elsewhere? Didnt see on ozbargain

    • Gift card is not a deal. 419 wasn't a straight sale. It does not count.

  • This is probably using the older panel from a couple years ago. Pretty decent for the price though.

  • For those interested & wondering if it supports both G/Freesync: this is a Freesync monitor only, incompatible with G-sync.

    • That's almost always the case; however many of these generic ultrawides can use VRR successfully with an Nvidia card anyway. I know it works with my Kogan, and I'm very confident about the Xiaomi as well (that's on it's way).

Not something I would use for a primary monitor if gaming at all due to the 100Hz refresh rate. Still excellent for widescreen productivity and higher refresh rate which is nicer on the eyes. Would also make a good cheap secondary on the side or even stacked on top of an AW3821DW or 38GN850.

QSM probably stands for Questionable Samsung Monitor

Doesn’t state response time, anywhere that I can find anyway.
