  • This is a good price for an entry level package. I can't vouch for the speakers as I don't have them but the receiver (appears to be the VSX-521 model) I did buy last week on sale at JB Hifi and is in my opinion excellent for the price. One thing missing off the spec list above is 3D compatibility, which is a big selling point for anyone looking to upgrade to an inexpensive receiver purely because their old one predates 3D, like me.
