  This will work on windows laptop right? One comment in amazon said it didn’t work on his windows and mac.

    It should. Just be aware if your laptop has a combined 1/8" jack for mic & headphones, you'll need a breakout cable to connect to this (maybe that was the problem with the reviews?).

      Correct. That was the review said. Thanks. Planning to buy a replacement for my inbuilt mic as people complain that my audio is terrible when doing zoom meetings. I’d normally just plug my earplugs that comes with iphone just for the mic but wanted to use a better setup. I’m thinking of getting the webcam w/ mic, but I just really need a usable mic. This or the webcam mic which is usb?

        webcam mics will be garbage, check out kmart even they have started selling microphones.

        I reckon lapel mics like this sound about as good as anything for Zoom. They'll certainly give you a better result than anything built into a webcam.
