    Please take this warning: avoid Ring product.
    So much trouble with this product, and after wasting many days / hours troubleshooting with support in the end it is return for refund.
    (Basically had to get replacement 3 times within a few months & each one had a different issue: failed to connect / battery refuse to charge etc)

    And for those who it is working for more than a year (like comment below) it seems Ring’s response is buy again.

    Last time I looked the policy said one replacement doorbell with police crime no. It didnt specifically say only if you get the cloud recording.

  Is battery replaceable? I had Ring doorbell 1 battery died after 15 months and Ring said bad luck it's out of warranty buy a new one.
