$789 + Delivery preferable for title

    • Thanks will adjust

  • Website says for me that orders over $399 ship free?

If I didn't already buy the Galax model I'd probably get this one. 3060Ti likes a good cooler especially if you're overclocking.

    • It does say that, although I noticed the shipping charge doesn't disappear during checkout lol.

You need to tick Free Shipping option.

Good card but these things really need to be priced at $600-$650. The prices are all too high (this coming from a 3080 owner) on the whole range and also the AMD range as well.

Igors Lab talked about the possibility of a 6GB & 12GB RTX 3060 (non-Ti). I think that's the card to get for people who aren't ready to shell out $800 for what is supposedly a 'mid-range' offering

should be announced on January 12th.

3080 with 10GB and 3060 with 12GB? No way, that’s not how Nvidia doing business. Just saying.

        • +2

          1060 3GB, 1050ti 4GB… It has already been done.

        • +1

          Similar to 5500xt 8gb, 5600xt 6gb only.

The prices are all too high

But stock levels say otherwise because they're still selling so well. Even the ones that are more expensive than the 3070 still sell out.

      • +5

That's because there is not enough supply in the first place.

    • with bitcoin price hitting all time high, I don't think prices will go down soon.
back to 17-18, the last historical high, all cards were 50% over RRP

No one uses GPUs for mining any more. It's far more efficient and more profitable to use ASICs now.

This has nothing to do with crypto mining any more. This has far more to do with simple demand and lack of supply. RTX2000 series was too expensive and was not enough of a generational leap to justify most people upgrading to it. The RTX3000 on the other hand did qualify, and everyone that skipped or avoid the last generation are buying up the new generation.

COVID is likely another factor as more people are staying home and investing in gaming hardware to pass the time. COVID likely affected supply chains as well, further exacerbating the supply issues.

depending on the currency your after. ASIC isn't always the better choice

        • No one

GPU, ASIC and FPGA are all popular.
As I talked to a dealer, he just sold 50 3060ti to a single miner. It's a highly efficient card for ETH, easy to deploy, low cost, high hashrate, low consumption, easy to resale.

    • Totally agree with the realistic prices of gpus atm but what happened to the days of AMD being slightly less performance but performance to $ ratio ahead of intel 10 fold. They get one taste of supreme cpu ryzen line to out pace intel and NEK MINIT boom way over priced cpus and cards for no real reason but because they can now. Nearly makes you feel sorry for supporting them through their troubled times…

is it AMD that is setting the excessive sale prices or is it the greedy retailers in our beautiful capitalistic society…hmmm..me thinks the latter

        • good point my friend

  • +5

Yep $700 would be fair without remorse.

    • Do they have free shipping?

  • +4

This store wanted to charge someone a cancellation fee for cancelling their 3080 pre order. Would not buy from them

    • +1

I was wondering where the name was familiar from. Pretty shonky exploit from the store. Imagine trying to claim a warranty or perhaps even ACL rights. Avoid

      • Louis?

  • Is this a deal? PLE is 709 shipped and will be delivered first.
