10+ years ago used one of these el cheapo portable DVD a lot.
    I paid ~$35 brand-new though.

Pretty crappy but it works, used it to watch movies with earphones and listen to CD's.
It is good when you want to keep quiet (stop disturb others) and enjoy movies in bed etc.
Screen is small but you basically watch it with it in your face (like on your tummy) so its fine I could read subtitles etc.

Maybe tablet does the same job these days, with internet / streaming etc, but tablet is harder to hold I guess.

    • I bought the same deal. It was a 7 inch Toshiba portable dvd player. It still works . I'm tempted to buy this as a backup player and bigger screen but Laser is not a good brand.

      • Yes I used for a long time.
I remember battery going bad (running out during 2 hour movie) but I could continue to use with the power adapter just fine.

I think the one I used was Soniq (cheap brand) different brand from toshiba.
This laser one is expensive price though.
I searched other brand selling now like Akai & blaupunkt but they are all brand name bought by Chinese companies making + selling a lot of cheap stuff so I think same quality as Laser brand.
(Laser actually seems to get good review)

  • Hi
Where did you see this offer? The website says $119

    • This link below is currently working alilaw.

The price is now $59.50 with free delivery for orders over $46.00.

I used afterpay and received another $10.00 off so all up cost me $49.50 with free delivery.

If the price is still $119.00 it may be a region thing (???) - I'm in WA.
