  Great, Kmart rope is made of plastic, and cannot adjust length compare to our skipping ropes, made of light weight aluminium handles, steel wire, adjustable length.

  yes you can cut the length of the rope as per your need.

  This is a standard length (3mtr) rope, but some people like short rope, so they can adjust as per there need.
