Referring to the JD.com price, there's no much difference. JD uses UPS to deliver to Australia, much faster than the Cainiao post that the AliExpress normally uses. You pay bit premium to get fast delivery, 10 days vs 60 days.

Harris tech use Fastway , my parcel said Out for delivery since last Thursday but still nothing.
