Another deal I found while browsing the Kogan site. Less than half price and a reasonable size. Requires a USB connection and adds some bling to your desk but doesn't have wireless charging for anything that supports it. You may be able to find a similar one cheaper elsewhere but Kogan shipping is normally quite good and if you have warranty issues they’ll fix it up reasonably quick. Delivery to Launceston, Tas, is $7.99

Edit: Kudos to Gehirn who pointed out below that Kmart have something similar for only $16. However, when I checked it looked like stock is low around the country. If your local doesn't have any, or you can't get click & collect, then delivery will be more expensive: $10 Metro,
$14 Regional, and from $16 for Remote, but they will ship for free on orders over $45.

      That's assuming you can even get delivery from Kmart in the first place. If your street address doesn't appear in their pre-compiled database then no delivery for you. It's impossible to enter free text into the address field, so if you're in a new area or have an apartment or unit which isn't showing up then you're simply out of luck.

    What colour modes does it have? The pics only show solids colours. Also, how thick is the seam on the edge? Is it noticeable?

      Ok. It looks pretty cool to me! It has a mode that changes between all the colours in a sort of slow wave motion, and then you can also set it to a single solid colour. The seam is not too thick at all. It didn't look like it would be awkward or a nuisance to lean on.

      I'm going to buy one for myself if they still have stock at my local store.
