  • Might be a good price as compared to the new ones. But I think 2 GB RAM is a bit less. 4GB will be fine.
My 4GB Core2Duo Laptop still works great with windows 7.

Only problem I see is that for spending $50 to $100, people can get a new i3 laptop.

This is a bit old deal, but I have seen many deals for laptops like that.

That way it will be difficult to see these machines are this price.

    • im not too saavy with computers and stuff, but are i3's (which are lower end intel chips) any better than core2duos?

      • Yeah but not that big of a performance wise

        in detail here :

        • +3

a new one will give you 12 months warranty though, this one is only 3 months…

        • Age wise:
          Core2Duo -> i3,5,7 processor -> Second generation i3,5,7 processors.

  • thinking of using one of these as a server
so it will be on 24/7
how much power do these consume?

  • Can I hooked up my Dell 23" monitor onto that stand?

  • +1

not a bargain, i prefer to buy a notebook at this price

    • +1 With the price of notebooks today and the fact that a notebook would be new with a minimum 12 mth warranty …??? Maybe for a bit less or include freight this may be a bargain?

You can get laptops with those kind of specs for not much more than that these days, and they're brand new.

All-in-one = bugger all room for expansion, which is probably the single biggest advantage of a desktop over a laptop anyway.

    • Hm.. it won't let me down-vote this one for some reason.
Whatever the running total is, add a neg vote from me.

    • this is the perfect desktop PC for small business,
      - 19 inch 5:4 screen, not the 16:9
      - Windows XP pro, not the home version
and this model has very good build quality.
We have about 50 unit last time, and they are all sold in 2 weeks.

      • Yes… because small business needs a 10 year old operating system at the death end of its support cycle…

  • wouldn't mind that processor for $45 shipped. Its still a nice core if you can get it for the right price.

  • Can you fit a decent graphics card in these?
