      Hi winderic,

      Yes you can :)

We have a "Don't connect before date" field in our online signup. It's towards the end.

      Cheers, Nicole

  • if someone else already has a personal nbn fttn connection at the same address can a business sign up using same address or will you be charged an additional new service connection fee from nbn?

  • What’s the cost $$$$$

      Hi aussieaubs,

The 50/20 is $79 per month and the 100/40 is $99.

If you want to have a look at the plans, you can find them here: https://www.aussiebroadband.com.au/small-business/nbn-plans/

      Cheers, Nicole

      • Hi Nicole - can i go month to month ? And do i need to source my own modem?

To the rest of OzB - if I don’t go with the ISP modem , are there any suggestions for a good NBN modem??

        • +1

          Hi aussieaubs,

You can certainly go month to month :) You also have the option of getting our modem, or bringing your own.

          Cheers, Nicole

        • All good thanks heaps Nicole

OZB !! Can anyone recommend a great NBN modem??

          • @aussieaubs: What type of NBN? FTTN, FTTB, FTTC, FTTP or HFC?

Do you live in a small, medium or large home?

  • OP…
I already have Telstra cable at home (non NBN) and HFC is the only NBN option anyway.
Can I use my existing Telstra Gen 1 or Gen 2 modem with Aussie?

    • Hi TeamTerry,

I asked the brains trust and it should be fine. However, if you want to use VoIP, that will likely be locked.

      Cheers, Nicole

      • Thank you !!!
        No VOIP needed.

BTW, love the static IP as well.

        • Not a problem :)

Let me know if you have any further questions.

  • Interesting that the company has come to OzB and most likely got several new leads from this post. These guys are living up to their reputation as being one of the few good ISPs in the industry.

    • So if most of the industry is garbage, and even if they weren't they're just a pointless middleman jacking up the price, how is privatisation a good option?

  • My mate wants to join but just signed up with Belong. HOw can he cancel?

    • Hi ilove,

I'm unsure what Belong's processes are for cancelling. I read they are going fully digital for support but I'm not sure when that was happening. Email or LiveChat may be best.

Sorry I couldn't help you more!

      Cheers, Nicole

Jesus Christ the amount of "we're good to everybody in the community" horseshit all over the website is vomit inducing.
