Why would you buy it from amazon and not david jones if it's the same price? And if it is most likely matching david jones?

For some Amazon works out better. In my case works out to be $368 after cashback and discount - $10 off through through the app discount and 6% cashback after tax and discount.

      • Nice stacking. Is the $10 off through the app deal from Amazon the promo for your first purchase only?

One offer per targeted account I believe. I made a number of accounts on Amazon AU years ago when they were just starting out. From memory it was $20 of a $50 spend (once per account). I'd left them dormant ever since but they all have the $10 off $39 spend offer now.

@Impulse Buy: Thanks. Bought without the $10 off as I've used it before. Still, happy with the 6% cashback.

Also, thanks OP. We had our Breville Blender fail this week so timing was perfect.

      • Even if it tracks, Cashrewards might not pay out since you used a discount code.

        • Not true "When using a valid coupon code or Amazon credit (applicable only on items sold by Amazon AU), cashback is calculated on the net amount after the value of the coupon code or credit has been deducted."

@Impulse Buy: It says "valid" coupon code and apponly10 isnt listed as a valid code for amazon.

They may or may not pay out. I still go through cashback sites even when using discount codes and sometimes they pay out, sometimes they dont. Just dont expect it.

$400 for a blender? I don't care if it can wax your car. Hand in your Oz-Bargain Card!

I wouldn't want a blender anywhere near my car paintwork! Didn't neg you btw.

Yes, it's a lot of money to spend on a blender. But keep in mind this is a Vitamix. They're built to last, and is definitely worth for someone who uses a blender on a daily basis.

        • It was a BLM reference, white fellas aren't often left in the stocks, unlike my bruddas.

  • Breville Q for $355 (used to be $500-$600) is a better blender
Add vaccum pump to it, $425 all set !

  • Is this vacuum blender?
