Woolworths Indooroopilly has reduced the 5kg bags of Manildra Group Gem of the West Plain Flour to $5.
These bags appeared in store last month at $6, appear to be a special buy as no product page listing that I could find.

It is not high, just normal plain flour (just based on me seeing it at Costco). Their high protein variety is labelled as Bakers flour or something.
You are correct. Costco do this but also sell Gem of the West Bakers Flour which is more suited to bread making.
Yeah, it is what I buy for my bread. The protein isn't super high but it is cheap.
Just ordinary Plain Flour, not a lot of information on their website.
It should be in the Nutritional Information label, that is, the percentage of the protein.

Yeah there's like 2 pallets of that flour at our local Aldi. I'm a carb-dodger, so I can't vouch for it. Seemed like a good buy though.
