Been a whole 6 days since an additional 15% cashback bonus. Are we in some sort of bizarro world?

The deals on groupon has been pretty shit the past few months, at least in Brisbane.

    • Yeh. Everytime I open up Groupon, first thing I see is Gu Tea

    • Same in Sydney. Nothing to spend my $22 credit on. Luckily I forced them to give me 1 year validity with option to renew if expired as well.

      • How did you do that? They only gave me 3 months. I am self isolating and not going to restaurants or having massages or facials which is what I usually use them for. Their goods are usually not great so I am not sure what i will use the credit on.

You just keep saying this is unacceptable. And ask for escalation.
I got 110% of my Groupon value for 12 months with option to renew if not used within the 12 months.

          • @bashar20: You are very talented. Thank you for the tip. I will do it.

@Yola: Just say this is misleading as they were not able to deliver the service and that you would report them to fair trade if they don’t oblige. Also tell them that you have my mate 12month and 110% of value.

I understand your frustration there is hardly anything worth buying on Groupon since March this year

  • For those who like meal deals I would have a look at eatclub. Much better than Groupon (only for big cities)
