Best value RX 5700 XT on the market, usually goes for around $750. Don't know how long this deal will last.

~$700 for non-prime, ~$680 for prime here, or is there a different between the brands?
Price difference between models, but IMO the pulse is arguably the better of the two.
About standard price for a 5700 XT atm. Nothing special
I think for Australian stock at least this is not bad. Obviously if you want cheaper you could order from US.
I would avoid that model as it has temp. and noise issues and overall cheap build quality
Mine is in RMA right now because of the junction temps getting north of 105c. Apparently there are some bad ones but when it's good it's good. Some reviews report it not even going above 80c on the junction.
Yeah I actually own one of these and get junction temperatures upwards of 100 degrees under full load. I'm pretty sure this happens to basically all 5700 XT's unfortunately.
@jgueh1: My 5000 series reccos are:
MSI Gaming X
PowerColor Red Devil
PowerColor Red Dragon (so good but can't find in Aus)
Sapphire Pulse
Sapphire Nitro+I saw reviews for the MECH and apparently it's like a 50/50 shit junctions, some dude says they only get up to 80c junction. Some claim that a repaste has worked wonders, others say it didn't do shit. This is why I'm not risking doing it myself, failing and voiding warranty.
@Void: It makes you really wonder how MSI managed to create both one of the worst (Mech OC) and one of the best (Gaming X) 5700 XTs… So you think that if my Mech OC is consistently reaching upwards 105 degrees junction I should consider RMA?
@jgueh1: Yes. That isn't typical behaviour of it. In LTT's GPU tier list they have a listing for 'MECH OC (fixed)' hinting to MSI having fixed the issue. As a workaround for now you can use MorePowerTool to change the throttling RPM to something more reasonable like 2700 instead of 3200 to make it quieter.
Wasn't the 5700 a 5th gen Nvidia card from 2003?
Wasn't it an Intel CPU from Q3 2010?
And your point?
(profanity) the prices are bad due to COVID19. This is $200+ more than when it first came out.
Waiting is the best move at the moment for many PC parts…
Yep you got that right, I want to get a new graphics card, but I will just have to wait.
I only pulled the trigger for the $480 2060 super because that was a hell of a deal but yeah waiting right now is the best idea
Not a good deal when you factor in the $15+ shipping cost. Cheaper at other stores like pcbyte (https://www.pcbyte.com.au/store/product/gigabyte-amd-radeon-…)
Also why does the title say free shipping when it doesn't?
$727 on Newegg, so not a huge discount. But I guess it's better than nothing considering the current climate.
