What's the warranty looks like for those cards from Amazon US?

Also for example EVGA, i assume they are all pain in the arse to do RMA since they have almost zero presence here.

    • Wouldn't have a clue unfortunately however its shipped and sold by Amazon US so im hoping it wont be to much of shit fight to push for RMA.

I saw this this arvo and it was $682. I started a chat with Amazon with regards to warranty and this is all he said -

Chat question - I'm interested to buy this Graphics card and it says it is coming from Amazon US. The product has a 3 year manufacturer's warranty. Will it be covered under this warranty? I'm in Australia.

04:28 PM AEST Mohammed(Amazon): Hello, Greetings for the day. I'm Mohammed Muhib.
      04:28 PM AEST Chappo: hi
04:28 PM AEST Mohammed: yes this will be covered under warranty if it's stated so
04:29 PM AEST Mohammed: Be assured :)
04:29 PM AEST Chappo: ok. I was worried as it's coming from the US
04:29 PM AEST Mohammed: Not an issue. We'll have it looked by the manufacturer or will assist you with a refund on return of the item
04:30 PM AEST Mohammed: if anything goes wrong; if it's not working as expected
04:30 PM AEST Chappo: ok, thx

  • kicking myself not getting the MSI deal at $599 last week. will hold out for similar price i think

    • wasnt that a pricing error?

This is a good card and well worth the price. I would get this and not my red dragon if my case and the space for it.

  • bought this in last December for around the same price on ebay

pulled the pin and bought it. Its got good reviews and good thermals.

Unless you need a GPU right now, I'd recommend waiting for RDNA2/Big Navi or NVIDIA's Ampere lineup. Competition will hopefully be even better with two new big architectures.

The obligatory, "Don't buy technology now, it will be cheaper/faster/better in [insert period of time here] because [insert new technology here] will be coming out."

We really need a bot that just spams this comment on every computing deal.

Normally I'd agree with you but the new GPUs are so close to release that it doesn't make sense to buy now until you need it.

  • One of the only 5 Navi models I can whole-heartedly recommend. Those being: Sapphire PULSE, Sapphire Nitro+, PowerColor Red Dragon, PowerColor Red Devil and MSI Gaming X if the thiccness doesn't matter (56mm).

  • Did anyone else order this? If so, has it shipped? Been 5 days and still not showing as sent on Amazon and no longer listed as being fulfilled by Amazon. Makes me think they didn't actually have stock.

  • $669 now if anyone cares about $3…
