Yeah, not the best accessories. Still, if one is after a stand or cover, then this is a good offer.
The stand's not bad, has good reviews on amazon. I got one. Would make a good Christmas present.
why do you need a separate stand when smart cover works as a stand? Wont it add extra weight and hassle to carry?
You don't have a smart cover do you? It doesn't work as well as Apple advertises it.
Its not bad at all. I was just concerned about taking extra luggage with you. If its to sit on your home desk all the time, then may be useful, else not.
Oh yeah. the separate stand is not take around. More for viewing stuff at home etc.

Even then, from what I've read the iPad 3 might be targeted towards a different group (High end business). Meaning it's not meant to take over the iPad 2 market but create a new market of its own. Of course this is all speculation..as is with every news Apple related.

I am waiting to buy discounted, discontinued accessories for the ipad 4, ergo this is a rip off.
I'm pretty much certain that that rumour is completely BS. It doesn't play into Apples style what so ever. And yeah, I've heard the same one, the one where it'll have a retina display and be targeted at graphics professionals etc. Apple has gotten big by having streamlined lineups that appeal to consumers…that rumor makes no sense from a marketing point of view and if they could get a hold of high end displays then I'm sure they'd want to put them into the entire lineup.
It also creates issues for developers, who granted sooner or later will need to deal with higher resolution displays, but when that becomes an issue it'll be at a point likely when the entire product lineup is ready to make a shift. Ohh and given iOS 5 is in beta 8 or whatever besides a few wallpapers back in April or something there hasn't been too much to indicate a new iPad in the code.
Anyhow as for the original question…it's just accessory manufacturers and retailers competing. There won't be an iPad refresh this year, at least nothing substantial as there is no need. They only very recently, like in the past month (or maybe two), got orders in the US down to next day shipping. They have no real competition so theres no need to rush an iPad 3 out the door 6 months after shipping the iPad 2.
Hang on… their "half price" is still higher than the original prices from other stores?
the 2nd item on the list "micro car charger" is a bit of a joke. The same product (without the belkin sticker) is selling $3 on ebay.

Ordered 2 pack of screen protectors. I guess $7.47 is not a bad price for 2 screen protector delivered.

I've bought so many screen covers for my iPhone off eBay and it's so hit and miss. From my experience 9/10 you'll get a dodgy cover, and there's nothing you can do about it. At least with this you know it's quality.

Well I've bought all my phone covers from ebay (sony ericsson, htc, apple) and they've all been good for what I've paid. How is $7.47 for 2 screen protectors a bargain, when you can get 4 for the same price?
I guess comparing generic brand protector to Belkin is not a fair way of questioning the bargain. if you can find a cheaper price for the same item (comparing apple to apple- though in this case both are apple:) ) anywhere else, i would take your point.
