I bought from these folks last time as a first timer trying their coffee.
I loved the Brazilian coffee in the last deal! It needed a coarse grind for espresso (than the many other coffee's I normally try) and took a while to dial in, with a light tamp pressure. But even whilst still dialling the shots in, it was incredibly tolerant of over extraction. It maintained a super smooth flavour with no bitterness at all, and a delicious rich sweet flavour. This was very well liked and commented on how good it was by all three household members.
I really struggled with the PNG coffee though; I went through the whole bag without getting it dialled in. Constantly underextracting, really high flow rate through the puck. I coudn't get a good coffee out of it.
But I would definitely try again. Just have too much coffee on my hands from Adore. Might order some for my mum though.
I bought their $20 pack last? time it was posted on here and I was disappointed with both offerings. Very little flavour. I can't remember which blends they were but based on my disappointment, I won't buy from these guys again. I hope if you order from them your coffee is better than mine was!
