You also get a better CPU (2mb cache compared 1 mb cache) and better RAM (DDR3 1066mhz compared to DDR2 800mhz). Downside is only 1 year warranty.

It's pretty good for a 'new' lappy, although I think the specs are a little dated now. Personally for those specs I'd go for a refurb on Ebay, you could get a Dell or Lenovo cheaper albeit with a shorter warranty.
