  • SODIMM RAM so can be upgraded.
Wonder what the weight is, probably 2+kg.
230w power brick is massive but if it charges off 100w usb properly that would be a bonus.
    Nice.

  • Couldnt find a thorough review of this online. Very tempted to buy this, but sadly dont even think I will have time for gaming :(

    • Intel unit on notebook check has 79% score. No TB/USB4 and weighs 2.4kg(PSU extra 900g). 4060@115W.

Fair price for light gaming home office combo.

Does the shopback stack with the discount code already applied in checkout for this?

"This Cashback deal is not valid together with:

Vouchers or Promo codes not featured on our platform"

    https://www.shopback.com.au/lenovo

    • It depends.

Is the code that's applied in checkout the same code that's featured in the shopback link you posted?

  • I wonder how this compares with the Legion 5 Slim. If it can draw up to 230W then it can't be too bad for gaming

  • My SIL is looking at doing a cybersecurity course this year and needs a laptop for that and some light gaming. Would this laptop be good for that? It seems like it ticks all the boxes which is good (maybe we can add some ram if needed?), but would a 4050 be better for light gaming? Looks like you can get one for $1,398 instead of $1,649 for the 4060 (including rgb keyboard).

This would be plenty for both of those, 4050 should be plenty for light gaming too.

Amazing, it's been a while since I've looked into laptops/PCs and have no idea what's what any more! Didn't want to get something not powerful enough, but also didn't want to get something that's massively overkill - given that she's not a huge gamer, sounds like the 4050 is definitely the way to go then. Thanks so much for the help!
