      Sunshine is one of the best places to get food of different cultures. Despite the fact that the area feels run down, there are so many cheap eats of great quality there.

    I always find the portions restaurant give you is smaller than what you get if you were to dine in.

      I find it's the opposite as the cooks fill up the containers thinking it's a normal serve, my local Viet eatery end up giving me almost 2 servings of Pho most of the time as they are used to plating on plates and bowls which I save half for a snack later.

      I'm guessing it all depends on the eatery.

      It's not.

      I've ordered dishes on a plate and for whatever reasons needed to take it away.

      In the takeaway container it looks tiny. Like a Tardis.

        Western Suburbs is just too far to visit, although I have ate in Footscray when passing.

        I grew up in Springvale, and today live about 15 mins away so until Corona would still visit once a week.

        I am craving my Bun bo Hue so am picking up some takeaway tonight. I just called to check they are open.

    Happy with quality and excellent value. Portion size was very good.
