Seems like American Express have increased the referral bonus for existing card members.

New Card Members you refer receive 100,000 Qantas Points if they apply online by 22 April 2020, are approved for the Qantas American Express Ultimate card and spend $3,000 within the first 3 months of Card Membership. (T&Cs apply).

You as the referrer receive: 60,000 Qantas points when you refer a friend by 22 April 2020 and your friend is approved for a Card using your referral link. Your friend can apply for the Card you have or can choose from any of the available Qantas American Express Cards.

  So i forgot to click through with a referral link. Is it possible to send an email to amex with a referral link and get it added after the fact?
