Will it be delivered by a t-rex?

    • +3

      No that's the Paleo meals

HerbiDoor… If Australia wasn't 5 years behind the rest of the first world that could have gone a different way.

    • Lets hope ACT will take the lead

    • Maybe it's a business expansion project for them when legislation changes.

Reasonably priced. I've placed an order. Thanks for the tip.. never knew this even existed.

    Upvoted for the clever name

Pity they used the ironic Carnivore for the code…

      What a missed opportunity.

free delivery on orders over $150

Really , don't they check their competition practices !
    BTW kills the $10 off

  • Just checked for post code 3000: order by midday Monday and get it on Saturday. Where are they getting the food from?

      • -6

Really, i just thought they're waiting for a bit more rain, mow the grass and box that up?

      • -5

That is what I was thinking too. Sorry you had to cop the negs!

    • Probably making it fresh this week.

    • +2

This kind of company generally wants to know in advance so they can order everything they need for that specific week instead of holding stock that might be wasted.

  • +6

I think this is awesome, but $150 for free shipping kills it for me.

  • +1

If someone can provide feedback on quality of meals?

  • Edit: I'm a dunce.

    • +1

Don't be so hard om yourself. You're just sleepy.

    The eternal dilemma.

Build shipping into the cost and have people say your product is overpriced.

Add shipping on top and have people tell you that shipping kills it.

  • +1

$15 shipping and you get $10 off. Unless you spend the $150 you're still paying $5 for shipping

Given that food generally has a decent weight to it, $5 delivery to give a couple of meals a go is acceptable.

These meals are fantastic, the taste is like nothing else. When they are a little bland I usually add a little bit of bacon to spice it up.

  • Note: Code doesn't work on the Weekly VMF Weight Loss/Maintenance and Weekly VMF Muscle Gain/Sculpt & Build products. Thanks for letting me know about this service OP. As someone who is time-poor (and lazy) with dietary restrictions on a quest to losing weight, this seems like a pretty good option. I've ordered the Weekly VMF Weight Loss/Maintenance, hoping its worth the 4-week commitment.

  • Not available WA or SA.

  • Great idea to save the little bit of energy they have.

im sad that vegan food costs the same as non-vegan. shouldn't they be cheaper like $7 a container?

    • That is correct. They are just building in the healthy premium into the price.

It is like vitamins. If you knew what fruits and veggies you need to eat then you wouldn't pay the fee to shrink it and still have to eat proper meals

  • Fully recycleable packaging. I guess they will reduce the time it takes them to deliver as their scale increases. The cost of meals could improve with scale, for me the options arent a complete meal, lots of grains and cooked sauce and not enough greens and raw veg. Greens are great for optimum health and good sources for vegans to get good amounts of calcium, zinc and iron

Please explain how being a Vegan can be justified for taxpayer funding for NDIS participants. It's a personal preference/attention seeking fad. No-one needs Vegan food delivered to the door and if they want it let them pay, not the taxpayer. And before you get all high and mighty, my son is an NDIS participant.

    • The only attention seeker here is you…

    • +2

There are loads of NDIS approved meal providers, this one just happens to be vegan. Why is that a problem?

  • This'll definitely be on my reminder list, but I was about the place an order and realised the cut off (Monday) and delivery day for my address (Saturday) means this order won't get completed until the 29th. So I'll just wait and order later. Not sure if I'll be around that day or not at this point. BTW the food looks good! (and I'm not even a vegan)

if im going to pay that much for vegan stuff.
it better come with a steak.

  • -2

Just buy heaps of dried beans & lentils. Boil them and freeze in bags and use throughout week/month. No use paying for this sh*t especially for vegan food.

  • Oh cool
