I had a really shitty experience after buying a car at auction last year they were complete pricks. I had previously purchased alot also years back but these days dont hold your breath on any customer service if you need it.

Be aware when paying with Paypal, make sure you check the amount before you confirm. I bought Wolfblass Prosecco for $30 + $10 shipping - $20 voucher with total amount of $20, but when I selected Paypal, the amount showed $30 instead of $20.
I did the same and they charged me $40, though payment screen showed $20 after discount. Called them and they reluctantly cancelled my order today. Make sure that you spend $40 before shipping charges.
