This deal is back on again so check your Seller account. The link to the T&Cs is http://sellercentre.ebay.com.au/promo/103860 but that always comes up with a 'Not Found' error message, but here's a screenshot for proof. This occurred with the last promotion I posted here, and none of the listings I created during the period were actually recorded correctly, so I had to hit up eBay Support via chat and ask them to manually adjust the fees. Other Ozbargainers have suggested taking screenshots of the promo details and any listings you create to assist you when you (inevitably) have to ask eBay Support to help.

    As usual got nothing. Used to get the $1 FVF every weekend for years until about March last year and not once since. I just don't sell on there anymore, too expensive!

        Because in the early days of the web they just bought out and closed down competitions. Integrated and push their subsidiary PayPal gateway while eliminating the, then, competitors. They then slowly increased all fees and they don’t work for the seller or buyer, but only to make a profit.

        Use Gumtree instead? Sure - it’s owned by eBay too.

        Facebook Marketplace is probably the only real alternative platform but you need to be on FB and so does your potential buyers.

      Don't forget you can also list up to two items from Gumtree on eBay at no charge as well.

        Yeah last time I did that I was slugged with ebays seller fees which are ridiculous.
