  1. Download the KFC App
  2. Navigate to the Order screen with the food categories (you will need to select a store first)
  3. Pull down until the Colonel appears
  4. Hold for 11 seconds until the Secret Menu pops up

    My local KFC didnt know what to do with this last time I ordered it, so they just gave me the components seperately (snack popcorn chicken, small chips and two tubs of sauce).

    It just wasn't the same.

          the colonel doesn't appear on mine when I scroll right down. It just shows the menu including the hacks menu and no colonel. Am I doing something wrong? even I just hold the for 11 seconds on the bottom of that screen nothing happens. p.s. I already have the app on my phone. I noticed the great 4 piece and 5 tenders hacks menu items are no longer there either.

            @souths123: I think you're not supposed to scroll down, you need to be at the top of order screen, pull the screen down as in how you would refresh page on Facebook or something similar, and the colonel will be there

      This is a large chips. the snack boxes only have a regular. Plus you also get Gravy and Sauce with this.

      I had trouble with popping the secret menu on new android LG (i used iphone before)…
      tip:
      When scrolling down, to revel the man himself.. scroll it right down to the bottom of the screen as far as it can be scrolled without going out of your touchscreen area on the bottom and then hold for 11 seconds).

        gaaaaa, it just doesn't work on my galaxy s9…..I have tried everything. I see the hacks menu, but not the secret one….and the hacks menu now doesn't have the 4 pieces and 5 tenders hack that it always used to as well.

      I can't get it to work on my Xiaomi Mi 9.

      When I swipe down I can see the upside down Colonel/bucket but holding for more than 11 seconds, or dragging all the way down to the bottom of the screen and holding, just doesn't pop up a menu.

        Forget the 11 seconds thing, that's wrong.
        When your finger gets to the bottom slide it diagonally upwards (at a shallow angle) so the screen stays in the same place but you can drag downwards some more. Keep repeating until the secret menu appears.

    Ordered secret menu last time, packer had no idea what to do with the order.
    KFC Packer: What's this?
    Me: I don't know, secret menu hack
    KFC Packer: How did you order?
    Me: The app has a secret hack menu.. here look
    KFC packer: cool, I'll do my best…
    Me: "I trust you."
    KFC Packer proceeds to pack the items as directed on their computer touch screen, looking a bit confused…packs in everything, and goes… "f**k it = hack this "… proceeds to cram another 5 pieces of originals into the kfc box… "here - hope you like my hack"
    Me: "I love you"

    yea I paid for this snack box a few hours ago, and they did mention that I was getting a kentucky snack pack.
    But instead I got a 10 piece original chicken pieces. so I assume my KFC didnt know what to do with it as well.. since there were no customers behind my car, getting mixed up would be not a probability.

    it won't work on my phone. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and not logging in still nothing. No cartoon Colonel down the bottom of the menu and holding a finger down the bottom for 11 seconds doesn't work either. What am I doing wrong??
    D'Oh, I just realised I was scrolling the wrong way. I thought it was meant to show at the bottom, not the top of the screen

      To the people complaining about quantity, its about WHEN (what time of the day) you go for the snack pack
