Prize game availability according to deal schedule: Sat 5/7, Sun 13/7, Wed 23/7, Sun 27/7.

Received an email this morning.

"Hey Yowie, got a moment? Good, because your KFC App is about to become seriously LIT. For one day only, get ready to catch yourself a deal 😜​​"

Relatively simple game in the KFC app where you catch the drumsticks and avoid other objects. I saved a $12 double zinger deal with 10 nuggs but there are a number of other deals to 'win'.

Deals are valid for 72 hours but the game can only be played today on the 5th, 13th, 23rd and 27th July.

        I played for 10 mins straight until it doesn't allow me to open any more.

        I couldn't make it to level 3. In one game, I got every one and still didn't make it. Depends on algorithm/ luck.

          If you hit a beef, fish, or cutlery drop, there's a time penalty where nothing drops and the timer still goes down. This makes the 3rd level nearly impossible in those cases, and may be why you didn't succeed even while catching every one available

            @SpainKing: Oh my lawd. I was playing it wrong the whole time. I thought there was only one level and performance would be scored based on that one game. Once finishing that game, my brain was focused on reading the level 1 rewards and not seeing that there was a button to proceed to game 2 and 3.

            So I spent a good hour becoming an absolute beast on level 1, inclusive of scoring 21 when only 10 were required.

            Now that I realised my mistake, I got to level 3 on my first try. Thanks!

        Took me about 6 tries but I am now the proud owner of a $12 double zinger feast. Dinner and lunch tomorrow sorted.

        For those wondering level 3 is completely RNG based. All tries before the one I finished the drummies were all under cutlery so impossible to get.

    If you've got an S-Pen it is a little bit easier as you can see all edges of the bucket to avoid hitting objects

      Yeah my thoughts too, was OK to pick up the double tender double after level 2 but played on and lost, should have read the comments about exiting. Not a big deal as I was hanging out for a family meal but nothing even offered

    I didn't want what they were offering i just gave up and exited the app and went somewhere else. So it's purley to make the brand seem more "fun" rather than increasing sales. Stupid

          Nope. I didn't realise until I got home. I got KFC again today (lol) and asked to collect my missing mousse which is when they told me the story. I collected a free gravy today to compensate, but they shouldn't have swindled me in the first place.

    I took the $9 3 piece meal, and picked it up at lunch, I got a single piece of chicken and a large chips in the box. Counting to 3 is very hard at kfc

    It's the end of KFC for me. It does not taste the same as it used to, I remember when they used to serve corn on the cob those times were the best fried chicken they ever served. But the last 10 years it has not tasted the same and declining if anyone is noticing… Don't know if it's the grease or ingredient but I seriously cannot smell or taste fried chicken. It's very bland I can taste a bit of salt but not the chicken skin and the flavour that used to penetrate into the meat is gone now. Don't know if it's the shrinkflation they're cutting on the seasoning or cheaper oil etc.. Strips, nuggets, wicked wings and popcorn chicken has more flavour but the fried chicken is the end of an era. I hope Popeyes comes to Australia but I'm never buying KFC fried chicken, maybe a tower combo but the chicken nah!
