Usually KFC makes their new promotions available via the app only for the first week, then fully available after that.

Extra salt better than no salt when it comes to KFC
Not once have I received too much salt when asking for it. Always still not enough or just right
I must get the dregs cos nearly half the chips are visibly caked in salt. I ended up giving up on KFC not because of the deep fry cooking (yummmmmmy) but the majority of products are soaked in salt & it makes me physically ill.
Extra salt or no salt, my opinion stands that KFC's chips are inferior to Hungry Jacks or even Macca's. Gave it another chance few days ago ordering (over the counter, no need for app) and specifically asked without salt to have a fresh batch. The result was still soggy chips- a reminder why I stopped ordering chips from KFC!

kfc five dock - chips are always under cooked.
KFC Artarmon/Lane Cove - chips are always great. Although I must admit, it's a bit sad how they are the only KFC from around 6 I've gone to (more than once) that can produce well cooked, well salted chips.
