REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
I miss the Crispy Strips :(
They can keep their tenders.
Post a better deal then.
perfect for 1, if you have a family of 4 definitely no deal, cheap as chip or dinner box much better value.
Yes, I wouldn't want to share with with 3 others.
Not very filling but only $1.24ea
Will this fill me up? Looks weak
how fat are you
Just ordered 2 for my lunch.
Add a drink for $1
Nahh. We know what's up.
Or take a survey in and get the drink free with a small chip included.
Precisely.
Though I very much miss the times when these $5 meals included a mini can. So I end up with a Pepsi and fruit juice.
Yum thanks for the heads up :D
1 original recipe piece $2
- 1 tender (Original or Baked) 50c
- 1 regular chips $1
- 1 regular potato and gravy 50c
- 1 dinner roll 50c = $4.50
This is my value calculation :) I imagine with a little tweaking everyone would be pretty much the same.
Bargain!
So it’s 45c too expensive!? Nice try colonel..won’t be fooling me this time
Uh… try doing that with anything else! It's incredibly good for value.
Haha it was tongue in cheek
@fLaMePrO: Don't get myself started on McJack's… I'd pay $3-4 for the shit they sell for $10-12
Just going to put it out here that 1 tender is about the same cost price as 1 original recipe piece.
The illusion of value is a wonderful thing :) Half surprised but not…
The Japanese would be all over this for Christmas…..
You'd have to dunk it in sea water for them to be interested wouldn't you?
Suprisingly not.
Deep fried meat is a part of Japanese food culture. And as the majority of Japan is Hindu/buddhist, and Sanders looks like Santa, they make a killing on Christmas and it is now traditional christmas food.
Actually, the Japanese have a very strong tradition of celebrating Christmas with eating KFC, ever since the 1970's. It's a fascinating story of how marketing has managed to shape an entire culture's practice (much like Coca Cola has with Santa Claus). Have a read here: https://theculturetrip.com/asia/japan/articles/why-does-japa…
ケンチキ is too expensive
jesus, no wonder half our nation is obese
I eat junk food and I’m not overweight.
It’s called moderation and exercise.
Go eat your (profanity) boring salad
If only KFC started selling proper lettuce based salads, tossed with a proper dressing throughout topped with chicken tenders… yes please!
Or if you one has high metabolism
Just got 10 wicked wings meal and still eat them as dinner tonight
Working after 4pm in the app.
Tried and it does
KFC Five Dock doesn't seem to have a manager just a bunch of 13yo's running the place.
Sounds like most KFCs I've been to; either run by teenagers or illegal immigrants lol
The previous "fill up" was better with the slider!
Combined with the survey free chips and can this makes a good value lunch.
I had a tender the size of my thumb!
Luckily for me yesterday they screwed up my order and gave me 2 pieces of chicken instead of 1 piece and a tender. When I told them they gave me two big tenders haha
1 regular chips my arse, it was a snack portion in a little white bag. Oh well the shaker salad from the survey filled me up anyhow
Can you you get a shaker salad instead of free small chips, for the survey code?
Yes
How did I not know this before…
Apparently this is leaving soon, according to app. Wonder what the replacement will be..
Gimme gimme chicken tendies
