Honestly for abs you can do sit up, plank, crunches, leg hangs etc. Why do you need to buy an extra device? Use the money to get pair of cheap fila shoes instead.
This, body weight exercises are all you need. Just another junk home gym item that sits around for 10 years then ends up in landfill.
Sound advice. With $30 you could also pick up a few secondhand kettlebells.
If you turn it upside down, it might become a useful pizza stand for you lap. In which case it will finally become useful.
