I am not very comfortable buying Huawei brand with current ongoing US.China trade war. But the Price is very attractive.

We got hard evidence from Edward Snowden that USA regularly spies on people and their spy agencies regularly installs backdoors via both hardware and software. Also, the major components in this laptop are the Intel CPU and Microsoft Windows which are both direct from USA (both suffers from major security flaws).
U.S. allegations of Huawei spying is like a Fox in the Hen Pen crying "Wolf".
In my opinion, you are more at risk of the CIA or US companies spying on you than anything the Chinese might do.

League, dota, minecraft, rocketleague, most indie games
It's integrated graphics so you wont get any hard perfomance. AAA titles will run like powerpoints.

I will just say no. Zondor is right in their comment on those games but really set your expectations very low for games. The new 10th gen iGPUs (iris pro) are about 2x as powerful for games so either hold on for those or look for a MX250 or 1050/1650maxQ

What an absolute bargain - I picked up the matebook pro and it's an absolute beast.
This time next year hopefully there'll be something similar but with 10th gen and 16 GB.
