Has been cheaper about 10 times in the last 2 weeks.

    • Got a link? The only semi-recent one I can find is this https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/439363 and it still adds delivery.

        • Firstly the price is wrong ($22.94), secondly non-Australian stock with only a 1 year warranty and thirdly it has a longer delivery time.

          • @JuiceT: Thirdly, non-genuine too. I bought one and it arrived on Friday. Running H2Tw right now and it's showing 25MB write speeds and I'm expecting 7 to 14MB read speeds. The SD card is also black on the back side, not white. Made in China stamped across it not Philippines or Korea. Packaging is for Chinese market, including barcode CN and language.

          • @JuiceT: The price is correct at $18.94 once added to cart.

          Yeah but screw eBay plus.

I really need to get my filing system organised before memory gets any cheaper.

Bought two Sandisk Extreme 128GB $25.20 each yesterday.

    • Oh those speeds look nice! What's the durability like on those ones?

      • SanDisk are great.

I bought them too at OfficeWorks, don't want to shell out for amazon prime.

      • Missed out on 20% Cashback then

        • And 10% off pay with Zip.

          • @jimojr: It all depends whether you are a frequent buyer or not. I don't find paying for eBay plus and amazon prime is justified given that we hardly buy anything. Besides, deals can be found elsewhere not just on eBay and Amazon.
This would be the first purchase on Amazon, since the micro card died and needed a new one. So, in almost a year, this wouldn't save me anything even if I paid for delivery, would still be ahead. We don't hoard stuff. You save 100% when you don't buy.

Zip pay maybe good for you. I don't want another thing to have to think about if someone decides to steal money and I find someone bought something with zip pay. This is all made to make consuming society more consuming. That's how capitalism/economy works. Unfortunately, the resources are not unlimited, not that we are doing it because we want to save it for the future generations, as even if we became like Robinson Crusoe, it would have nil impact. We just don't see the need for all that.

        • Yeah, saved on amazon prime for not buying it.

What's the secret to getting the eBay plus badge while still charging postage? I've tried on a few small collectable listings and as soon as I add a small postage cost of $5.00 ebay removes the plus badge.

Do I need to ask ebay and show them examples?

Still available for $18.94 with Ebay+ at this deal www.ozbargain.com.au/node/498023

    • The link shows a $22.94 card with non-Australian stock and only a 1 year warranty as opposed to 10 years with this one.

      • Link also shows extra $5 off in cart and a delivery date of Tuesday 10th. If that's not Australian stock, I don't know what is.

I couldn't see any mention of a 10 year warranty on the Futu deal, not that I'd be willing to pay 50% more on the off chance I might need to make a claim in a decade. Nothing personal - I've got some old floppy disks floating around here which have sector errors, but I shan't be making the trip to Micro Computer Spot seeking a refund any time soon…
