If you bought the baby wipes, the seller has been using the same tracking number for a lot of the shipments then pretending it was lost in post and simply refunding. No intention of actually ever sending the item.

I received a valid tracking number, with tracking that corresponded to delivery events.

Got mine delivered yesterday via Fastway. Maybe ask them for a tracking number.
After clicking‘I didn’t receive the item’, I got an email from fastway saying a parcel is on the way.
Yeah I’ll be doing that. They must think their customers have no intelligence… telling me it was posted last week, when the tracking number provided shows the consignment information was submitted yesterday afternoon. In other words, it still hasn’t been posted.
