Didn't work for me I assume new users Only. I've used sosure about 8 times in the past month and they give 10 off for new users. Every store has a different code I've used JADE, MALAYINN DESSERTCULTURE and many more.
Where do you find these codes?
Sorry for the super late reply. I eat out most days so just outside restaurants. Sosure seems to be an Asian version of liven but crypo back instead. I first noticed it outside jade restaurant in kew around two months back. I then saw it outside a few other places over a month ago. First time I tried was at first taste in Glen and it didn't work. Tried it again two weeks later and it work fine. Generally haven't had issues using it but had a few places say that don't accept it despite showing up outside the app including Klang and co and first taste in Hawthorn as well as first taste and a few others in box hill. Staff are often clueless as well so I have to show them how to use it and once even got them to download it on their phone. All in all pretty annoying overall.
Did you get to use the $10 promo code only once after installing the app or a few times at different restaurants?

True but with different restaurants. There a bunch of Asian places I frequent that aren't on liven and don't take EFTPOS below 20 25.

We went to get the 'free' burger today at #burgerlove Frankston and were told we had to pay $14.90 up front, then later on the same amount would be refunded to the SoSure app that you then need to use from within the app.
There is no reference to the 'free' being via an app-only-refund.
Can confirm that code does not work for the Frankston store. However, after explaining to the cashier, we received the offer anyway.

Just did it, easy as. Enter the promo code in the app, tell the cashier what you want and hit pay now. The cashier will confirm on their device and it then pops up telling you what will be charged to your card (which is nothing if it's under $14.90).
