20% off Vinyl @ JB Hi-Fi

40

Excluding preorders. JB HiFi seems to have 20% off all vinyl again for black friday. It's not mentioned in any catalogues as far as I can see but all available records in the site seem to be labelled with the deal.

This is part of Black Friday / Cyber Monday deals for 2019

Needs to be 20 more… they charge $40 plus for vinyls

    • This.

    • I definitely agree but if you want new vinyl there don't seem to be many other options in Australia. I've spent the past week trying to find good alternatives but haven't really had any luck.
All the online ones that have stuff I'm looking for seem to charge so much for shipping that JB is still cheaper.

amazon is pretty cheap usually, i just patiently wait there

        • Really? Do they just have frequent sales or something because I haven't had much luck price wise. Maybe I'm just looking for expensive albums :/

@Jo-dan: Yep, even eBay sometimes has good sales, JB are expensive

      • +1

It's mostly right place, right time . I've picked up deals from jb, soundofvinyl, vinyldestination, amazon and eBay

    • But if you know of any other good options please let me know because I'm struggling :/

      • Amazon and Ebay are the best places usually. It also pays to look at the artist's own website as they sometimes can be cheaper than JB or ebay even with shipping prices.

  • Sanity has the same offer.

    • Unfortunately sanity seems to be consistently about $10 more than JB so it doesn't make much of a difference.

      • Sanity offer Afterpay and also cashback.

        • Not big on afterpay personally but cashback is tempting.

  • they took down beatles singles collection :[

  • I’m a bit (very) new to the vinyl scene. Has anyone got a rec for a decent, mid-range player? Thanking you in advance.

Reloop RP-4000 or Audio Technica LP120, the former being the cheaper of the two.
