    My app shows the promo, however, I can't do anything with it, just says click for more info. When I check used vouchers, it says I used my $20 voucher in April 2024, so this may not be available to everyone, although I'd imagine it will depend on who serves you instore aswell.

      Click on barcode icon locate top right > enter details manually> 20GAME. Now go to My vouchers tab.

      While in the app, try clicking on the option to scan a QR code on the top right, then click at the bottom to enter a code manually and enter 20GAME.
      This promo should be applicable to everyone, no matter if you claimed it in the past.

      I often use this promo that come out around every 4 months to spend only $10 and load up a total of $30.

        How did you make it happen?
        Previously, i went to Kingpin to check if i can reload $30 and use this coupon, so at the end only need to pay $10. The staff told me can not, must reload $100 and pay $80.

          I have only tried at Timezone, I haven't tried at Kingpin.
          Based on Timezone terms and conditions the only minimum requirement to get the $20 credit is to spend $10 so they can't refuse it there.

      Powercard purchases and reloads that equal $30 or more, i.e. $10 gives you $30. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

        I don't think kingpin has an app, but they have a separate website (the game card appears the same on both websites, but I dont think the codes can be used interchangeably on each other's website - I may be wrong though)
