This is same exact sound signature as the HD 650 which hasn't been at an affordable price for a few years now.
There are differences but this is essentially the HD 650 for a much cheaper price, and it is the Mass drop version but sold by Addicted to Audio which means free express shipping and AU warranty.
They are far more similar than they are different, as your lawyer I'd advise against it.
I have the HD 600's and they are very nice, more similar to the HD 650's, I couldn't tell the difference when I went in to try them out.
I suggest if you can try them in-store.

Got these from Mass Drop orignally i highly recommend getting the HD6XX. However to get the best sound out of them you'll need to pair them with an amplifier. I pair my HD6XX's with the JDS LABS Atom Amplifer and it sounds amazing.
