$6 USD off (~$8.13 AUD) at Chinavasion

Noticed a $6 off coupon banner on Chinavasion's Black Friday page. I just used it to order a Bluetooth audio transmitter/receiver for $0.02 AUD. I also bought this smartwatch for $4.97 AUD with my other account.

Something I've noticed: 1¢ items are cheaper to keep in USD currency and then have PayPal convert to AUD.

This is part of Black Friday / Cyber Monday deals for 2019

  • Thanks for this I got one of the wifi adapter's for $1.39 USD since I keep missing the Amazon deals.

    • What do you plan to do with it? Since for me I'm trying to think if I would even need it since all my devices it would be good for already have WiFi.

What's some uses for it I may not have thought of?

      • Just for my desktop as it doesn't have wifi. Well it sort of does. I am using a USB adapter that I pinched out of a disassembled Telstra T-Box.

  • What does that smartwatch do? Thanks.

The watch is only a 2G GSM sim card device - so it probably won't work in Australia …

… hasn't the 2G network been switched off here?

    • +1

Yes, 2G has been switched off in Australia.

    • Any idea if it'll work if connected to the phone?

I think it will, since it has Bluetooth and based on one of the product images showing call functionality with a smartphone

  • Xiaomi night lamp is dropped down by 90% and now it is $13.99 which means $139.9 RRP. I think the website is totally a crap and not worth at all except $6.

  • Thanks OP. Bought the robot vacuum cleaner for $21.50. If not for cleaning, will be good for a robotic pet!

I let my card company do the USD > AUD conversion rather than PayPal.

  • never mind, all good.

    Thanks, OP!

    • Maybe you used it the first time yesterday next week.

Oh wait, that was just me…

The Bluetooth tx/rx looks very similar to my Taotronics TT-BA08. The Taotronics one over promised and under delivered. The specs on this one is closer to the real world performance of the Taotronics.

    • Hahaha me too! Honestly wouldn't be a bad name for a store selling cheap chinese goods if not for all the political mess right now.
