yeah and the site is flacky too badgateway all the time.
Potentially great prices to be had during sales events and ebay offers - my aftersales experience however has been less than stellar with a stuck bright pixel straight out of the box.
Was told to send the phone to LG's service centre to have "fixed"
After this bitter taste it may be worthwhile considering other retailers that are able to sort out a defective phone on the spot. (I know i definitely have had my mind changed on paying more for some decent aftersales support)
LG's support was also lacking - 6+ months on and still rocking a bright green pixel that I've been accustomed to and now a fingerprint sensor that is playing up… (JB HiFi in the past just swapped the phone out with a new one when i had display issues)
