The Samsung A9+ is probably not powerful enough for 4k streams, especially with 4GB ram.

There's no official global ROM for your 2021 Pad Pro, as there's no global variant of that particular tablet. My Xiaoxin Pad Pro 2022…
Open world games which require more CPU than GPU performance. Just look at the newest Dragon Dogma game for a recent example.
They don't understand physics (especially with frame rates for CPU heavy games) and how the CPU is equally as important for a system.

It can't be. If it's Apple iPad Pro (2018) the screen is only LCD and a weaker SoC compared to the Galaxy tab S9.
