I was gonna use these guys today. Read reviews elsewhere before you do. Some people have had very bad experiences with them. I used them once and got a completely different (lesser) room than I booked and paid for so just look out.

  Personally I've had very good experiences using HotelClub. You sure the problem was with HotelClub and not the hotel itself?

  I only used HotelClub once, in April to book a Singapore hotel in June/July and everything went perfect. I would use them again.
