If you're a subscriber to the JB Hi-Fi newsletter then you should've received an email with the barcode. If you're not, just mention at the counter that you forgot to bring a copy of the email with you and they will likely have a barcode behind the counter they'll use. I've done this many times at my local JB (I think the checkout girls know me by now and don't even bother asking…).

What was the last Kogan you tried?
The Series 8 JU8000 from last year.
I returned it for a refund after 5 months or so.The Ffalcon 50UF1 I picked up today is indeed much better.
What issues did you have with it? and did you have to pay for return shipping or did they come pick it up for free?
@CVonC: Kogan major fault was regular loss of picture but sound unaffected. Switched back to our 2013 Samsung plasma to confirm (for the doubters) that it wasn't antenna-related. Had to film the fault for Kogan, lots of emails back and forth. They emailed a postage return label for me to print.
We've been using that older plasma until tonight. Works perfectly but has permanent burn-in. Glad to retire it with summer coming, such is the heat it radiates.
