I would suggest to go for high end Full HD projectors instead of entry level 4K projectors (not true 4K)
They can deliver a true 4K image. This is different from JVC eshift, for example, which is about half the resolution of 4K.
People need to focus less on how the resolution is achieved, and just appreciate the resolution. The fact the DMD doesn't have 8.3million dots doesn't mean anything really. If we can figure out other ways to get 8.3million pixels on the screen, then so be it.
Well the benefits of 4k are mainly from a wide colour gamut and HDR, both of which 4k projectors fail miserably at.
Don't get me wrong, this is an excellent price and will produce a very nice image. I've owned a projector based on the same TI DMD and loved it, but it ain't no OLED
I agree on comments on colour/HDR. However was commenting specifically on resolution. Not gonna get anything close to OLED with a projector.

I would give this a watch first as I was about to order either the 727 or 747
It's a fairly long video but it's very well done.
