Been waiting for a good deal on a switch.

The original version of the Nintendo Switch is $319 on catch (excluding delivery). It's also Australian stock. How?

If you are wondering, these look like the normal switches and not the revised one with a better battery life. Tbh still worth it if you are not doing hand-held a lot

  • Hmm, showing $399 for me, expired now?

    • seems like it

And those who have just come back from Coles with $250 of discounted Catch gift cards…..

        • ahhh sh*t… sad reacts only :(

  • It's not that I doubt you, but how did you know it was the 2017 version and not the 2018 version?
The 2018 version is an utter disappointment, but if this truly was the 2017 version then that's quite the bargain.
E - I realize that you, OP, aren't the one that put that detail there. Question still stands for the editor.

    • I originally changed it from 2018 to 2017 as that was the year that the Nintendo Switch was released.

In hindsight, I forgot that the Switch received a minor hardware revision in 2018 to prevent hardware mod.

I have since updated the description to 'Original' to differentiate from the 'New' Hardware Revision released recently with the updated CPU and GPU (Red Box).

      • Thanks for the clarification
