What's the catch?
The speeds aren't great particularly upload & customer support is virtually non-existant were the main issues I seen
if it's financially unsustainable, the company shuts down. Think it's a promo to build up a user base. It's a gamble to see if it'll last more than a few years.
It's the same with any company. You just weigh your risk. And here you pay only $15 so it's not a big deal even if they shut after several years.
What is promising here though is that according to the reviews they are getting better and more reliable.

Lifetime + fastest do not go hand in hand. It's an unsustainable model which can only deteriorate over time.
